Shipping Policy

Orders placed on Monday-Friday will usually ship out the same day if placed before 3pm. Any orders placed on or after 3pm will usually ship the following day. Orders placed on Saturday or on Sunday will ship out on the following Monday.

Silver Forever does not ship packages during any major U.S. holidays. All orders placed during holidays will be processed on the next available business day. Although we strive to maintain these guidelines, there are inevitably times that order volume, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances may prevent us from shipping your package on the exact day it might be expected.

An order confirmation will be emailed to the address you have on file. If you have not received a confirmation by email within 15 minutes of placing your order, please check your junk folder in case of redirection by your email provider.

Also, please ensure you provide us with a valid email address void of misspellings. You can find and edit your email information in your account settings.

All items ship via USPS First Class Mail. Shipping upgrades are available at checkout. Please note that upgrading shipping does NOT change the processing time of your order. We will provide information via email when your order ships.

USPS Arrival Times:

  • Day-definite delivery in 3–5 business days (5–8 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii) based on the distance to destination
  • Delivery by end of the business day
  • Available to every address in all 50 states (inbound-only service for certain remote locations in Alaska and Hawaii)
  • Silver Forever accepts Visa, MasterCard, PayPal

Silver Forever does NOT guarantee transit times. Once your product leaves our warehouse, it becomes the responsibility of USPS. Please contact them directly if you have issues with your package in transit: USPS
